"Non-touch processing"
has extremely low risk of surface defects

Tokiwa Koutai has an original processing technology called "Non-touch" techique. It is a technique that has extremely low risk of the occurance of the surface defect, which is very well received by the customers whose production involves surface processing. Because the finger (of the comb plate) and the tension pad is not used, there would not be any contamination such as lint from the fingers and foreign subtance fom the pad.

Compared to other normal materials, better quality and high values can be expected

The reason that high value can be expected is the material can be used without having to go through the surface polishig process, which can reduce the production cost. Even though they come from the same mother coil, the material processed by a non-touch technique (left photo) will have higher evaluation than the normal one because their surfaces are different. These material are widely used in the fields of battery materials, cap materials, and many other things.
