The slitters that have pinhole detection system are slitter No.5 and No.9 of the head office factory.
The pinhole detection system detects pinhole from material for automobile heat exchanger, tube material, and etc.
The system will find a 0.2φpinhole at 400mpm speed. It can detect and never miss even the smallest defect. Moreover, a data of pinhole's length, width, and location can be printed out.
