- a.Main system (NEW TOPS)
- It is a system that manages everything aside from accounting, such as the taking of order, mother coil registration, quality control, slitting, delivery, and inputting sales amount. It also records a quality specification and link with the subsystem to carry out a reliable assessment.
- b.Inspection program
- In this program, the inspection items required for the target slit work and the passing range are converted into data and provided to the workers
⇒This system takes data that come directly from various measuring devices as prior data (prevent inpur error)
⇒It is impossible to end the program if the all of the data are not input (prevent missing data)
⇒The product passing and failing judgment is based on the system (prevent wrong judgment)
⇒All data from inspecting program will be transferred to the main system (traceable)
⇒The inspection data can be sent to the customer if there is a request - c.Label-issuing system
- In addition to issuing the packing list (where product details are printed out), we can also issue a label of your company.
Improving employee's skills
We aim to have Thai employees' skill level equal to that of the employees in head office, and achieve it not only by the manuals and instructions, but also provide on-the-job training by Japanese slitter operators. (We acquired ISO9001 in one year after starting the work)
